Modification No. 4 to Task Order No.15(D) Under Contract No, NRC 02-96-004 The purpose of this modification is to extend the Jeriod of performance through March 31,-1998, at no additional cost or o) ligation to the Government.
Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The first sentence, second paragrz,ph of the definit 12ation letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No.'15(D) shall be in effect from March 21, 1997 through March 31, 1998 with a cost ceiling of $56,849."
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
A sumary of obligations, from the award date through the date of this action, are provided below:
