Modification No. 5 to Task Order No. 17 Under Contract No. NRC-02-96 004 The purpose of this modification is to extend the )eriod of performance through March 31, 1998, at no additional cost or o) ligation to the Government.

Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:

The first sentence, second paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:

" Task Order No.17 shall be in effect from June 16, 1997 through March 31, 1998 with a cost ceiling of $67,922.*

All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
