Modification ilo. 5 to Task Order No. 5 Under Contract No. NRC-02-96-004 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance through Parch 31, 1998, at no-additional cost or obligation to the Government.
. Accordingly, the task order is hereoy modified as follows:
The first sentence, second paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in. lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 5 shall be in effect from October 22, 1996 through March 01, 1998 with a cost ceiling of $41,167."
All other terms ano conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
