Your letter (Log No. 1978), dated May 2, 1986, requested that Toledo Edison review the NRC's Regulatory Information Tracking System of plant-specific licensing actions for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. I and provide a status of these actions to you by May 31, 1986. Toledo Edison received this request on May 8, 1986 and has been actively reviewing these 145 licensing actions. Preliminary determinations of the status of 63 items have been informally provided to you.
As discussed by my staff with you by telephone on June 2, 1986, Toledo Edison will complete its review and statusing of these licensing actions and submit the results to you by June 13, 1986.
