- 2) Amendment 9, License SNM Il07/ Docket 701151, Dated December 30,1997 Confirming our discussions last week, my letter to Mr. Walter S. Schwink dated December 17, 1997 (Reference 1) requested an extension of the license schedule for " Ventilation Systems." My letter should have explicitly included " Scrubber Systems" also, since they are an integral part of the plant ventilation systems currently under evaluation. Although the schedules for completing the CSE's for both of thena systems were the same, the fact that the respective schedules were identified separately in License Cundition S-2 w is inadvertently overlooked when the subject letter was prepared.
Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that a new or revised license amendment be issued to address this oversight, extending the schedule for completing the " Scrubber Systems" CSE to March 31,1998.
Please accept my sincere apology for any inconvenience that inay have been caused as a tesult of this matter, and don't hesitate to contact me should you have any questions or need additional information.
