llope Creek Generating Station Docket Nos. 50-354 License Change Request LCR l197-16 Filtration, Rc. circulation and Ventilation System (FRVS) Surveillance Public Service Electric and Gas Company submitted the subject change request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on August 26,1997. The proposed amendment would change surveillance requirements in the Technical Specifications related te e 10 hpur test of the ventilation subsystem of the FRVS. The change clarifies that heaters in the subsystem will be operated in the modulating mode during the surveillance test.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the above request ia accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b) and has no comments on this proposed change, if you have any questions, please contact Rich Pinney at (609) 984-7558.
