Waterford 3 SES Docket No. 50-382 License No. NPF-38 Errata to Technical Specification Change Request NPF-38-184 Gentlemen:
Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) NPF 38-184 was submitted under letter W3F1-96-0184 on November 18,1996, to change the testing requirement (Serveillance Requirement 4.4,8.3.Lb) for the Shutdown Cooling System suction line relief valves. Additionally, edito.'.al changes were proposed to 4.4.8.3.1 and 4.4.8.3.1.a.
During the Staffs review of this TSCR, it was identified that part of the text appeared to be missing at the bottom of page 2 of the attachment. Waterford 3 has reviewed the drafts of this submittal and determined that portions of the text at the identified location were unintentionally deleted at some point between the draft version of the TSCR and the final version that was submitted. We apologize for this error and regret any inconvenience this may have caused the Staff.
To correct this error, Waterford 3 provides the following text /information that was left
. out of the submittal: 1) a description of the change to 4.4.8.3.1.b and 2) the first question of the No Significant Hazards Evaluation. The affected pages are attached. \\0\\
