Technical Specification Change Request (TSCR) NPF 38196 was submitted under letter W3F197-0123 on May 24,1997, to change Technical Specifications 3.1.1.1, 3.1.1.2, 3.10.1 and Figure 3.1-1 by removing the cycle dependent boron concentration and boration flow rate from the Action Statements and removing the "RWSP at 1720 ppm" curve from the figure.

During the Staffs review of this TSCR, inconsistencies were identified in the proposed specification contained in Attachment B of the TSCR. Portions of the proposed specification, which were not intended to be changed, were noted to be different from the controlled copy used by the Staff. These inconsistencies resulted from the use of an uncontrolled aloctronic copy in the development of Attachment B.

- The attached errata to Technical Specification Change Request NPF-38-196 provides a corrected Attachment B to be used by the Staffin place of the existing Attachment B conteined in the original submittal. This errata does not alter or change the conclusions contained in the Safety Analysis (No Significant Hazards Evaluation) provided with the '

original submittal.
