Supplementary Information: Enclosed for your information is the November 25,1997 revision to Management Directive 5.6, " Integrated Materials Performance Evaluatim Program (IMPEP)."
The Directive and Handbook 5.6 (MD 5.6) were revised to include the evaluation criteria for the non-common performance indicators, the final Policy Statement on Adequacy and Compatibility of Agreement State Programs approved by the Commission on June 30,1997 eind comments received during interim implementation of IMPEP from the Regions and the A, vement States.
Revised MD 5.6 will be used to conduct IMPEP reviews in FY 1998.
