Nebraska Public Power District is submitting, in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) a Report of Change - Revision 35 of the Cooper Nuclear Station Safeguerds Plan.
This change incorporates the Video Capture System knplementing actions utilizing the Video Capture System and administrative title / organizational changes.
The District has concluded that the enclosed change does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited. Therefore, we request the material to be withheld from public disclosure.
