Dear Sir,
Please provide the below list of information as provided in the FOIA.
- 1. All correspondence to or from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to any party or organization that in any way describe and/or discuss the transfer of the operating license of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station to any named or unnamed entity in the past year.
- 2. Any and allintemal memos and or notes of meetings that the subject of a transfer of Pilgrims Operating License was discussed, in the past year.
- 3. Any application from BEC Energy, Boston Edslon and/or any other party that discusses or describes the transfer of Pilgrims Operating License, in the past year.
- 4. If any of the requested information exists and is not available under the FOIA, please indicate its existence and an explanation as to why it will not be released.
