- This refers to telephone contacts with yca and your staff on November 27 l-
'and 28,-1995. The contacts were an evaluation of' activities involving'.the l~
? transfer of a nuclear gauge to Rebuilding and Fabricating, Inc. to determine i
.whether the transfer was conducted safely and in accordance with NRC' L
Lrequirements. At the conclusion of the evaluation, the' findings were discussedfwith you.
