j The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the subject task order from " December 31,1998" to " January 31,1999" at no additional cost or obligation to the Govemment.
The issuance of this modification does not change any other terms or conditions of the task order including the ceiling amount of $453,100.00.
Please indicate your acceptance of this modification by having an official authorized to bind your organization execute three copies of this document in the space provided and retum two copies to the Contract Specialist. You should retain the third copy for your records.
