= Radioactive Material Packages, Approval No. 0866, expired on May 31,1997.
- If you are an NRC licensee and conduct activities under the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part.71, or an Agreement State Licensee subject to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71, as required by 10 CFR 6150.20,- a QA Program approved by the Commission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart H of 10 CFR Part 71 is required. Since you no longer
- have a valid QA Program Approval,' the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR Part 71 and registration under the provisioniof 10 CFR $ 71.12, to transport or deliver licensed material to a carrier for transport are terminated.
