' Page 2 of 3 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) Exercise Option Year Three to extend the period of performance of the contract from January 29,1999 through January 28,2000; (2) Increase the contract ceiling by $760,727.00 from $2,235,915.00 to $2,996,642.00, (3) Change the P:oject
~ Officer Designation in the contract, and 4) Add new courses that have been developed unde-the contract to Section B. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified:

Section B, Subsection B.4, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-DELIVERY ORDERS (JUN 1988), paragraph (a), first sentence is deleted and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services ordered, delivered and accepted under this contract is $2,996,642.00."
