l The purpose of this modification is to'extenif the period of performance expiration date from l

2/5/99 to 12/31/99 at no change to estimated cost or fixed fee of the contract, and provide incremental funding in the amount of $90,000. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as j

follows:

Section F.6, " Duration of Contract" is hereby modified at no change to estimated cost or j

fixed fee of the contract to read as follows:

"This contract shall commence on February 6,1990 and will expire on December 31,1999.

Section B.2 " Consideration and Obligation-Cost Plus Fixed FEE (June 1988)",

paragraph c. is revised to reflect the $90,000 incremental funding as follows:

"c. The amount presently obligated by the Govemment with respect to this contract is

$282,441.60."

All other terms and conditions remain the same including the contract ceiling of $333,298.29.
