In November 1994 the U s. nuclear industry committed to implement severe accident management at their plants by December 31,1998, using the guidance contained in NEl 91-04, Revision 1 On March 28,1995 Farley Nuclear Plant notified you that we would complete implementation of severe accident management by July 1,1997. Per your request we are notifying you that Farley Nuc! car Plant fulfilled this commitment as of July 1,1997.
