Georgia Power Company, acting on its own behalf and as agent for Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia, and the City of Dalton, Georgia, hereby submits six copies of Amendment 4 to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant - Units 1 cnd 2 Physical Security and Contingency Plan and six copies of! Revision 3 to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant -
Units 1 and 2 Nuclear Training and Qualification Plan.
t Changes to these documents reflect the response to recemm.endations of the USNRC Region II Security Inspector on November 27, 1985, and to the Vogtle Readiness Review findings.
The enclosures to this letter contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790; it is therefore requested that they be withheld from public disclosure.
