Modification No. 4, Task Order No. 215, entitled, "LIJ2NSING COMPUTER CODE CATALOG" under Contract No. NRC-03-95-026 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance through January 31, 1998, at no extra cost to the Government. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified:
Second paragraph, first sentence, as modified in Modification No. 2, beginning with " Task Order No. 215... "
is deleted and replaced with the following:
"fask Order No. 215 shall be effective January 21, 1997 through January 31, 1998,
This task order modification obligates no additional funds.
The issuance of this task order modification does not amend any others terms or conditions of the subject contract.
Please indicate your acceptance of this modification by having an official, authorized to bind your organizatior., execute three copies of this document in the spaces provided below and return two copies to the Contract Specialist.
