Canada, Limited, to the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority _

for the-purpose of recovering HEU, which will then be returned to Canada for.use as target material for the. production of-molybdenum-99.

The Commission's decision on this-matter-was made with:the understanding that the retransfer will be transported in secured military aircraft.

The proposed-letter to the Department of-Energy.should be revised and issued promptly.
