PORTSMOUTH GASEOUS DIFFUSION PLANT CERTIFICATE AMENDMENT REQUEST: CHANGE TO UF CYLINDER FILL WElGHT TECHNICAL SAFETY REQUIREMENT (TAC NO. L32094)
Dear Mr. Miller:
o accordance with your application dated August 24,1998, and pursuant to Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliance GDP-2 is hereby amended by revising Technical Safety Requirement 2.1.3.15 to reflect correct unit conversions from pounds to kilograms for 8-inch and 10-inch diameter UF, cylinders and to ensure that the approved shipping weight for 5-inch diameter UF, cylinders is' consistent with ANSI N14.1-1995, " Uranium Hexafluoride Packaging for Transport." Accordingly, Condition 9 has been revised to include the date of August 24,1998. This amendment becomes effective 60 days after issuance.
All other conditions of this certificate shall remain the same.
