For the SNM 1097 DCE, the independent review we had conducted last year resulted in a small decrease in the estimate of about 4%.
As a result, we decided the estimate and bond riders provided in the last SNM 1097 DFP submitted on 10/1/19 were not worth adjusting.

OK, got it.
MMS FYI: The MMS RAIs are in concurrence. They should be ready to send to you as draft some time this week. They were held up a bit by the need to create a draft SER. That is done and there are 4 RAIs (which Jeremy discussed with you previously).
Question: Are you still planning to send in updated financial assurance documents. I know we approved the financial assurance values earlier in the year, but I had it in my mind you were also going to send in updated financial documents later. Is that still in the works?
