Purdue University hereby requests renewal of SNM License No. SNM-142, to continue authorized use and possession of materials presently covered under this license. In view of the fact that renewal occurred five years ago, we elect to specifically reference the application dated May 28,1992 and the subsequent additional information dated February 16,1993, leading to the renewal dated January 6,1994.
Specific revisions (if any), due to personnel changes will be provided at a later date. An updated certification for financial assurance for the SNM-142 license will also be provided at that time.
