-Hodification No. 2'to Task Order No. 9 entitled. " Evaluating Office Techniques Used to Track and Control the Allocation of Resources" under Contract No. NRC-09 94-202 This is to confirm verbal authorization 3rovided to you on October 1,1997 by Carolyn Cooper, of my staff -to extend tle period of performance of the subject contract, from October 1, 1997 through November 30, 1997, at no extra .
cost to the Government.
Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
The second paragraph of the basic task order, first sentence, beginning with
" Task Order No. 9 . . . . . ." is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 9 shall be in effect June 16, 1997 through November 30.
1997.. " -
This modification obligates no funds to the task order.
The issuance of this modification does not amend any terms or conditions of the subject Task Order.
Please indicate your acceptance of this modification by having an official authorized to bind your organization, execute three. copies of this docume 'n the spaces provided below and return two copies to the Contract Specialist if you have any questions concerning this modification; please contact Ms. Carolyn A.
