QUESTIONS IN REGARD TO SPENT FUEL DRY STORAGE" UNDER CONTR NRC 02-95 003
Dear Hs. Strike:
This confirms verbal authorization provided to you on December 31, 1997 to extend the expiration date of the subject task order from " December 31, 1997" to " June 30, 1998" at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.
An extension to the expiration date is necessitated due to NRC's licensee delayed in issuing the Standard Review Plans for public comment,-thereby not allowing the contractor adequate time to review the public comment i and prepare responses to the comments by December 31, 1997.
In accordance with Section G.4(c) of the subject contract entitled " Task Order Award,' this letter definitizes Modification No. 5 to the subject task order.
The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms and conditions 'of the subject task order, including the ceiling amount of $63,558, A summary of obligations for the subject task order, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
