HOPlflCATION NO. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 27 ENTITLED " TASK AkEA NO. 4'UNDER BASIC CONTRACT - FORT ST. VRAIN INSPECTION" UNDFR CONTRACT NO. NRC 02 95 003
Dear.Ms. Strike:
This confirms verbal authorization provided to you on December 31, 1997 to extend the expiration date of the task order from
- December 31, 1997" to " June
- 30. 1998" at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.
In addition, this modification establishes a due date of on or before April 1, 1598 for the submittal of the inspection feeder reports. The effective date of this modification is January 1.1998.
An extention to the expiration date of the subject task order is necessitated due to the Department of Energy (DOE) not submitting their DOE Hanagement Plan to the NRC by September 30, 1997.
Information contained in the Plan is needed to complete the inspection feeder reports, in accordance with Section G.4(c) of the subject contract entitled " Task Order Award." this letter definitizes Hodification No. 2 to the subject task order.
The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms and conditions of the subject task order, including the ceiling amount of $22.035.
A summary of obligations for the subject task order, from award date through the date of this action'is given below:
