NRC-02-95 003-This confirms verbal authorization provided to you on December 31, 1997 to extendtheexpirationdateofthesubjecttaskorderfrom* December 31, 1997" to ' March 31,1998," at no additional cost or obligation to the Government.
In addition, this modification provides incremental funding in the amount of
$41,810, which fully funds the tubject task order. The effective date of this modtfication is January 1, 1998.
An extension to the expiration date is necessary in orcer for the period of performance to be consistent with the " Schedule of Deliverables" delineated in the Statement of Work for this task order.
In accordance with Section G.4(c) of the subject contract entitled " Task Ork r Award " this letter definitizes Hodification No. I to the subject task orde".
