MODIFICATION NO. 3 TO TASK ORDER NO. 20 ENTITLED "ENVIPDNMENTAL ASSESSMENT FOR LICENSE RENEWAL OF NUCLEAR FUEL SERVICES. INC..
ERWIN. TN" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-02-95-003 lhis confirms verbal authorization provided to you on December 31, 1997 to extend the expiration date of the subject task order from " December 31, 1997' to " June 30. 1998." at no additional cost or obligatinn to the Government.
The effective date of this modification is January 1.1998.
In addition, as a result of the extension, this modification revises the deliverable schedule.
The extension to the expiration date is necessitated due to the NRC licensee delayed in responding to the request for additional information (RAls),
thereby delaying the contractor in evaluating the licenlee's responses and preparing the draft Environmental Assessment.
The deliverable schedule under Section 2.3 entitled " Schedule " of the basic task order is DELETED in its entirety and the following is SUBSTITUTED in lieu thereof:
