In connection with the October 1, 1997 notice of reconstitution of the Licensing Board, the participant < e advised that regular mail and overnight mail / hand-deliveries i should be sent to Judge Lam at the addresses given in the Board's September 23, 1997 initial prehearing order. Judge Lam's Internet e-mail address is psl@nrc. gov. His NRC Agency Upgrade of Technology for Office Systems Wide Area-System ID is'PSL.

The Board also would like to remind the participants that it has.different addresses for regular mail and overnight / hand deliveries. These addresses are set out in its initial prehearing order. Using the Board's regular mail address on an overnight / hand delivery (such as Federal Express)- may delay receipt of the filing.

Finally, although (absent a Board directive or some other agreement between the participants) no more than one paper copy of a pleading need be sent to each participant to complete service of process under 10 C.F.R. S 2.712, the Board encourages those participants that provide courtesy copies of pleadings to the Board by e-mail to make copies available by e-mail to all counsel for the other participants who wish to receive them. A participant with multiple counsel can, however, designate a particular e-mail address for receipt of copies of all pleadings and Board issuances sent to that participant by e-mail. Participants should notify all other participants and the Board of such a designation.
