TASK ORDER NO 2, MODIFICATION NO. 7 UNDER CONTRACT NO.

Dear Ms. Hoft:
In accordance with the task order procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Modification No. 7 to Task Order No. 2 which (1) increases the task order ceiling amount by
$6,517.00 from $63,558.00 to $70,075.00, (2) allow for a trip to Transnuclear West facility in order to perform an on-site technical review.
The total amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this task order is
$70,075.00 of which the sum of $64,884.00 represents reimbursable cost, and the sum of
$5,191.00 represents the fixed fee.
A summary of obligations for the subject task order, from award date through the date of this action, is given below:
Total FY95 Obligation Amount:
$37,943.00 Total FY96 Obligation Amount:
$25,615.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations: $63,558.00 The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms or conditions of the subject task order.
