As a result, Section B.3 Consideration and Obligation is hereby repleoed with the following Section B.3 below:
B.3' CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-COST PLUS FlXED F5E (e) The tutel estimated cost to the Govemment for full performance of this contred is 82,817,576 (emeluding opilons), of which the sum of $2,423,860 represente the reimbursable costs, and of whleh $193,896 represents the fixed fee.
(b) There shall be no aquelmont in the amount of the contractor's fixed fee by roecon of dN between any estimate of costs for performenos of the work under this omtreet and the eeuel ood for perfrmance of that work.
(o) The amount obilgeted by Go Govemment with respect to thlo contract is 82,186,000, of which the sum of $2,004,829 represents the estimated reimbureable costs, and of whloh $100,371 represente the fixed fee. This level of funding is l-expected to be sufflolent to continue performanos throu9h March 31,1998 for Ukrainien eselstance actMtles.

F.8 DURATION OF CONTRACT AND FINAL RUSSIAN DEllVERIES The term of the contract shell commenos on September 29,1996 and w#1 expire on March 31, 1996. The period of period of performenos for Russion eeslotence sotMtles will expire December 31,1997. The Contractor shall only potform Ukrainian assistence edMties during the period December 1,1997 to March 31,1996. The warranty period required by 6ection.C.4 shall run throu9h September 30,1996.-
