Temporary Storage in Planer Arrays Siemens Power Corporation (SPC) had a telephone conversation on 12/19/97 with Mary Adams and Harry Felsher during which we reported a technical violation of our license involving analyzed storage of UO: powder in temporary locations authorized for pellets. Based on that conversation you and Harry Felsher today requested summary informatton on the applicable criticality safety analyses. Enclosed is this information.

The molature content of powder in the ahuve analysis is more thun three times that allowed in the powder.
