NRC-26-94-262 This modification is inaued to add the material costs associated with this task order to the firm fixed-price portion of this task order.
These costs were inadverte.itly added to the total reimburaable costo for travel.
As a result of this revision, the total firm fixed-price of this task order in increased by
$1,300.00 (material costa) from
$31,181.00 to $32,481.00.
The total estimated re.'.mbursable costs for travel in reduced by $1,300.00 (material costs) from $1,403.00 to $103,00.
the second paragraph of the May 8,
- 1997, Accordingly, definitization letter of this task order la hereby deleted in its entirety ano substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 6 chall be in effect from May 12, 1997 through september 30, 1997, with a ceiling of $32, 584.00.
The amount of
$32,481.00 represents the total firm fixed-price for revision of course materials for the existing IFP and IPP-Materials courses as stated in the enclosed Statement of Work.
The amount of $103.00 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs for travel associated with thin task order."
All other terma and conditions of this Task Order No. 6, including the ceiling amount of $32,584.00, remain unchanged.
