By letter (Reference LR-N97523) dated August 26,1997, PSE&G requested a revision to the Technical Specifications for the Hope Creek Generating Station. This license change request (LCR H97-16) proposed a revision to the Filtration, Recirculation and Ventilation System (FRVS) surveillance requirements to permit FRVS heater modulation during the monthly 10-hour surveillance tests. At this time, PSE&G is withdrawing LCR H97-16.
