Narrative Summary of Operatina Experiences Unit 3 began the month of September at 73% of rated thermal power (RTP) due to coastdown; On September 5,1997 at 1600 houis, power was reduced from 71% to 68% of RTP for rod stroke 4
time testing. Power was restored to 71% on September 7 at 2000 hours0.0231 days <br />0.556 hours <br />0.00331 weeks <br />7.61e-4 months <br />.
Throughout the entire month of September the unit continued coastdown. Unit 3 ended the month operating at 63% of RTP.
