As you have previously been orally informed, the oral argument on the pending appeal of the commonwealth of Massachusetts in the above-entitled proceeding will be heard on Wednesday, June 18, 1986, in the NRC Public Hearing Room in Bethesda, Maryland.
It is the current contemplation of the Appeal Board that the argument will commence at 9:30 a.m.
As soon as the NRC staff's response to the appeal is received (which, by reason of the extension recently granted to the staff, should be by June 9), the Board will enter a formal argument order.
