APPLICANTS' MOTION FOR AN ORDER COMPELLING ANSWERS TO INTERROGATORIES BY HAMPTON FALLS, SEACOAST ANTI-POLLUTION LEAGUE, SOUTH HAMPTON AND KENSINGTON On April 28, 1986, the applicants filed interrogatories addressed to a number of participants in this proceeding.

Included in the group upon which interrogatories were served were the Town of Hampton Falls ("Hampton Falls"), Seacoast Anti-pollution League ("SAPL"), the Towr; of South Hampton

(" South Hampton") and the Town of Kensington ("Kensington").

The form of the interrogatories was to ask a series of questions with respect to each admitted contention in the proceeding. In each case, the initial interrogatory on each contention inquired whether the recipient intended to DR 1 86052/
