Dear Mr. Bell:
This letter confirms the dates of January 14-16.1998, for the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff to conduct an inspection of the Nuclear Logistics, Inc. (NLI) facility in Fort Worth, Texas. These dates were established in a telephone conversation on Jcnuary 8, 1998, between you and Mr. Kemalakar Naidu of this office.

' established to control services related to the refurbishment of 480 Volt circuit breakers.
- Specifically, the inspectors will review the records documenting the refurbishment of 480-Volt circuit breakers for Indian Point, Units 2, arid 3. In addition, the inspectors will review some items related to the manufacture of GNB batteries.
