ORDER To preserve this Board's jurisdiction over the intervenor Seacoast Anti-Pollution League's pending motion for directed certification, the Licensing Board shall forthwith take all necessary measures to ensure the preservation of all stenographic notes and any other memorials with regard to what was said on or off the record during the course of the March 25-26, 1986 prehearing conference in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
In the event that any such notes or other memorials were destroyed prior to its receipt of this order, the Licensing Board is promptly to advise us of the timing of and reasons for such destruction.
