This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. Jeff Jacobson of this office on April 21-25, 1986, of your facility at Buffalo, New York and to the discussions of our findings with you and members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
This inspection was made to review qua.lity assurance and environmental qualification records relating to your supply of four Low Pressure Coolant Injection Room Cooler fan motors to the Dresden Nuclear Power Station. The information obtained will be used to support the NRC's current utility outage inspection program. Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the enclosed report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of an examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, we found no instance where you failed to meet NRC requirements.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Comission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
