t-The purpose of this modification is to exercise the first option year, thereby extending the period of performance and increasing the total estimated amount (ceiling) for performance of the subject contract from $537536 by $228,569 to $766,105.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
1.
Under Section B. Supplies or Servaes and Price / Costs, Subsection B.3 - Consideration and Oblication -- Task Orders, paragraph a. ;s hereby deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof the following:
4 "B.3 Consideration and Oblication--Task Orders a.
The total estimated amount of this contract (ceiling) for the products / services l
ordered, delivered, and accepted under the basic contract and first option year is
$766,105.00. The contracting officer may place orders with the Contractor during the contract period provided the aggregate amount of such orders are within any maximum ordering limitation prescribed under this contract.

Under Section F - Deliveries or Performance, Paragraph, F.6 - Duration of Contract Period is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"F.6 Duration of Contract Period i
The ordering period for this contract shall commence on November 18,1997, and will expire on November 17,1999. Any orders issued during this period shall bo completed within the time specified in the order, unless otherwise specified herein. (See 52.216 Ordering.) The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government for three additional one year options."
3.
Under Section 1.2, Ordering, paragraph (a), last sentence is completed as follows:

- Such orders may be issued from the effective date of this contract through November 17,1999."
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
