CONTRACT NRC-33-92-203, TASK ORDER NO.12 MODIFICATION NO.10
Dear Ms. Hutchison:
The purpose of this modification is to deobligato excess funds in the amount of $31,335.88.
thereby decreasing the obligated amount of the task order from $2,869,000.00 to $2,837,664.12.
Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
The third paragraph of the definitization letter dated, September 28; 1995, is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof.
'The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is $2,837,664.12, of which the amount of $2,727,125.66 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $110,538.46 represents the fixed fee."
