You have fulfilled all the filing requirements for a Kansas Water Pollution Control Permit and Authorization to Discharge under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). We are pleased to fonvard your new permit. While it is permissible to make as many copies as needed for monitoring and reporting purposes, you need to retain the original permit for your files.

We suggest you carefully read the terms and conditions of your permit and understand these terms and conditions are enforceable under both State and Federal law.
