CONTRACT NRC-33-92-203, TASK ORDER NO.1 MODIFIOATION NO 25
Dear Ms. Hutchison:
The subject task orders expired on September 30,1998, and we are initiating closecut action.
However, pending completion of all closcout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under the task orders for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, modification number 25 decreases the Task Order ceiling and obligated amount by $877.32 as folloWS:
The cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No. 001 is hereby decreased by
$877 32 from $1,309,350.21 to $1,308,478.89.
The estimated reimbursable costs $1,158,083 38 is hereby decreased by $877.32 to
$1,157,206.06.
The Fixed Fee,in the amount of $50,359.86 remains the same.
The accounting data for modification no. 6 to Task Order No. 05 is as follows:
