Licensing Plan for Catawba /McGuire Reloads

Dear Mr. Berlinger:

Enclosed is a copy of B&W's proposed licensing plans for safety /ECCS analysis submittals for the Catawba and McGuire reloads. This is the same plan that was summarized in a phone call with you on May 22, 1986. Comparison with the original licensing plans is provided where applicable.

Please note that the revised plans addresses only the safety and ECCS analysis submittals. The mechanical, nuclear, and thermal-hydraulics topicals, with the exception of BWCMV, will be submitted on the original scheduled date of April 1, 1987. BWCMV was submitted on May 12, 1986. A list of all the topicals that B&W plans to submit for the Catawba and McGuire reloads is also attached.
