Dear Mr. Patrick:
The subject task order expired on September 30,1998, and we are initiating closecut action.
j However, pending completion of all closecut requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under the task order for other immediate agency requirements. The purpose of modification no. 6 is to decrease the Task Order ceiling and obligated amount by $7,252.10 as follows:
The cost ceilin0 associated with performance of Task Order No.15 le hereby decreased by
$7,252.10 from $56,849.00 to S 49,596.90.
The estimated reimbursable costs and the cost of facility capitalin the amount of $52,756.00 are hereby decreased by $7,252.10 to $45,503.90.
Fixed Fee, in the amount of $4,093.00, remains the same.
