The purpose of this modification is toof (1)$1,940.28; extend the (2)period reviseof performance through 6/28/98 at a costthe Statement of Work to incorporate an option of $2032.20; (3) provide incremental funding in the amount of
$1,940.28 which increases the total obligated and ceiling amounts to $13,333.67. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made.to the " Notice of Cooperative Agreement":
