Inspection No. 70-371/85-12 This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. J. Roth of this office on August 19-21, 1985, for the purpose of reviewing the licensed program at your facility. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
No. violations were observed. No reply to this letter is required.
This transmittal will be made public unless you notify this office, within 10 days of the date of this letter, that you intend to request withholding of information under 10 CFR 2.790(b)(1).
