SUBJECT: DUANE ARNOLD INSPECTION REPORT 50-331/98014(DRP)
Dear Mr. Franz:
On November 24,1998, the NRC completed a routine safety inspection at your Duane Arnold
Energy Center (DAEC) facility. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection.
During this 6-week inspection period, your conduct of activities at the DAEC facility was
characterized by safety conscious operations. No violations of NRC requirements were
identified during the course of this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
