reload fuel for use in Belgium reactors as authorized by the Euratom Supply Agency in AG/3037. Assurances from Euratom are required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.

Please note that Australian and Canadian origin source materialis involved.
